Salary Competitive

Learningbank A/S is a young and fast-growing Danish startup that consists of geeks, creative daredevils, and enthusiasts. Our mission is to modernize organizational learning with top-notch digital learning experiences. That's our thing!

The job
You will become part of Learningbank's highly skilled, creative and fast-moving Learning team.
This is the team responsible for creating cutting-edge learning games for companies like Novo Nordisk, Bang & Olufsen, Red Cross, Danske Bank, McDonald's etc.
In only a couple of years, we have positioned ourselves on the very top of creating the best of the best within digital training.
We have killed e-learning in the traditional sense and pushed the revolution of creating engaging, interactive learning games. Moreover, we are moving into VR/AR training with the clear vision of being Denmark's frontrunner in using VR/AR in training.
E-learning must no more be associated with boring, text-heavy modules followed by a predictable multiple choice quiz. Rather it should be involving, exciting and challenging to increase the user's learning outcome.

Responsibilities
Your role in the Learning team will be the graphical wizard and game designer. A crucial part of the team, which can lift the whole user experience when playing learning games.
Together with the team, you will create graphical universes based on the customer's visual identity. That could be colorful floating planets inspired by Avatar, isometric cities inspired by Sim City, evil and slimy monsters inspired by Gremlins etc.
We need a graphical genius with a creative mindset that can challenge the norm and be daring.
You will be working closely with a team of Instructional Designers and other graphical masters, so you will never feel alone or set aside, but rather you have a team of creative individuals to ping-pong with.
Moreover, you will be part of our creative workshops with customers and eventually be the project owner handling production plan, customer contact, feedback iterations and ensuring end-result.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a background in Digital Design, Game Design, Animation, Instructional Design, Learning Technology or related field. Or you can even be an auto-didact illustrator used to working with computers and drawing pads.
The below checklist is not a must, but will give you a good head start compared to other candidates:

  • Great experience in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Highly skilled in Digital Design
  • Experience in Instructional Design
  • Experience in Articulate Storyline 3
  • Experience in UX/UI
  • Some experience in Unity

Make people happier by making them better! This philosophy has been the core of everything we do in Learningbank since our start in 2015. People learn all their life, and we believe that learning should be something you "want to do" and not something you "have to do". This is why we help companies transform old corporate learning into modern digital learning, shaping tomorrow's employees.
