Jamie Looks is a Blazar Capital funded eyewear startup led by McKinsey & BCG alums and accomplished entrepreneurs. We operate globally via cutting-edge e-commerce. As a Growth Hacker, you will help drive our global spring 2018 launch. You will work closely with our marketing team to create gorilla marketing and push the brand in creative ways on social media. Like us, you are super talented, highly disciplined, supremely motivated to learn, confident yet humble. And out to have fun!

As Growth Hacker you will be an integral part of the core team behind Jamie Looks. You will be one of the most important employees in a start-up and need to have a true entrepreneurial spirit. You do not need to already have the black belt in growth hacking, but you should be willing to share the word about Jamie Looks, no matter what it takes. The position will have the possibility of a permanent paid position at the end of the internship.

Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to our website, as well as develop and improve traffic from existing channels. The main channels to focus on will be the affiliate channel, the social channel and the referral program.  

Work in synergy with the rest of the Jamie Looks team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence globally. 

Deliver best in class customer experience partnering closely with design and editorial teams to brief and build engaging content that provides the customer with relevant information, advice, and conversion opportunity.
