WHAT is a global social polling platform. Every day, people around the world post dilemmas and ask questions on the WHAT app to get quick and anonymous feedback from other users. We are looking for GROWTH HACKERS to grow our user base world-wide. You will work together with our international team of marketers to engage and develop a user base in a specific region in the world. Together we test and develop skills and hacks that work. The job is a 10-15 hour flexible and unpaid internship of minimum 2 months.

You will apply various guerilla growth tactics and work exploratively to grow the WHAT user base in a specific world region (Middle East, South America, North America, Russia, Asia etc.). You will work independently creating content on the WHAT-platform in your target country and generate app downloads using Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, influencers, PR and various other channels.

Each week, the growth team meets up one afternoon to discuss progress in each market, analyze statistics and ad campaigns, and share successful tips and hacks.

We are looking for candidates with the following skill-set:

* Currently pursuing a degree with a major in marketing, communications, or related field;

* Strong desire to learn along with professional drive;

* Expert user of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media;

* Solid understanding of different marketing techniques;

* Self-sufficient and motivated to deliver tasks independently;

* Native verbal and expert written skills in either English, Spanish, Russian, or Arabic;
