As an intern you will work with the co-founders on getting the word spread, quickly. Myself, the co-founder, is a Digital Design and Service Designer, so you'll have a designer at your disposal to work swift and agile in pushing out new ideas.

Sounds cool, now what?

Generally this stuff is much more tangible by talking face-to-face. So if you're not scared by the job description, let's grab a Vietnamese sandwich and talk further :)

Bonus Q&A bam bam

Q: What's happening around the office?

A: Free lunch, working in Pomodo Technique, get up and do swing arms every 25min, weekly 5 minute presentations of any nice topic, Friday beers once in a while, music in the background, whiteboard to draw on. Nothing is mandatory and can be changed;)

Q: Ambitious, rocket-fueled startup? Really?

A: Yes and no. We want to go all the way, been bootstrapping to keep our equity, working 50-80 hours the past year. But starting a company is a marathon and the product-market fit period takes years. This is true in Craft too.

Q: What's your mission? Everyone's talking about mission, you probably have one too.

A: We want to transform the world and make it a better place by...hehe nah. We want to empower creatives around the world by allowing them to share their process. And to let the knowledge potential left behind in long media productions serve a better purpose than lie around on a hard-drive somewhere or stay in people's heads. #ShareYourProcess ftw.

Working at
Craft

It takes about five years to produce a feature film. The film usually lasts under two hours. This leaves behind a huge amount of beautiful artwork that didn't make it to the screen. This is not only a major opportunity for the content producers, but also a great resource for creatives around the world.Craft sets out to create a learning and inspiration center by giving creatives access to huge amounts of raw material from animation, film, AR/VR and game productions.
