Situated out of Spaces Copenhagen, you’ll be working in an inspiring co-working space where the entrepreneurial spirit is thriving (read: work barefooted and play all the foosball you want as long as you deliver). 

You’ll be joining a team of 15 driven young(ish) people, that holds experience from Google, Qvartz, Uncle Grey, MobileLife, and Uber, and get experience working with cutting-edge technology. We work together across disciplines and function as one group.

About you:

• You are independent, a go-getter, a can-doer, and possess an exceptional drive
• You are sociable and full of energy – a true funky original
• Your true north is growth, and your are relentless in hacking it throughout the funnel
• You have 2-3 years experience with growth marketing across multiple channels
• You have advanced analytical skills and experience working with GA, Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, Intercom, etc.
• You have a solid understanding of SEO, SoMe, programmatic, email, and affiliate marketing
• You have experience in translating UX research and findings into CRO experiments 
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish
• Finally, you love to take responsibility and have a strong knowledge and interest of current digital trends, strategies and techniques. 

Knowledge or expertise within insurance is not a prerequisite, we have a learning-by-doing approach to insurance and that has served us well so far.

What you’ll be doing:

As a part of Undo’s growing marketing team, you’ll be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of initiatives throughout the whole marketing funnel, entailing:

• Own, build, analyze and optimize all digital channels including: Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Snapchat, Bing Ads, etc.
• Be a driving force behind building an experiment-oriented growth process – including design, implementation and reflection on growth experiments and projects across AAARRR metrics throughout the funnel in collaboration with the Head of Growth
• Proactively seek and identify creative opportunities and project for customer growth
• Manage the execution of organic digital marketing projects across SEO, email, push, and affiliate.
• Transform business data into actionable marketing insights in collaboration with the data science/tech team
• Build and improve the performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, and automation.
• Execute Undo’s brand strategy across touchpoints to build consistent messaging across customer segments
