Are you a Marketing Rockstar? Then read this: 

Happy Helper is looking for a creative, fun, data- and results driven marketing specialist. You are awesome in digital marketing, with a good understanding and plenty of hands-on experience with content marketing, offline paid advertising, SEO and data management etc. to monitor our marketing actions and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Key responsible for the marketing budget, using data driven methods to decide on where to spend it based on impact and ROI
  • You will monitor our Partners within: SEO, Facebook and e-mail
  • Measuring our CAC, customer journey and user behavior
  • Manage social content across channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter)
  • Manage social media campaigns
  • Mange Google AdWords campaigns and re-marketing campaigns (via our partners)
  • Track, analyze and optimize campaigns across all channels, in cooperation with our partners
  • Creating various ad-hoc marketing and promotional projects 
  • Creating monthly video content, with our inhouse graphics
  • Manage our Blogger strategy


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience with creating digital marketing strategies, and incorporating a wide range of ideas to generate traffic, leads and convert them into customers
  • Relevant experience with digital performance marketing
  • You should be able to manage your budget, using impact and ROI analysis to make data driven decisions about our spendings
  • Familiarity with cohort analysis is a plus but not a must

Skills and Behaviors:

  • You have a "get things done" attitude
  • Commercially minded - seeing and developing new business opportunities / co-branding ect
  • Organized and with an eye for details
  • SUPER high energy with the ability to drive and manage a project of various kinds
  • Fluent in Danish & English, and with excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set , able to spot and seize opportunities rather than limitations
  • A creative rockstar, able to come up with new and innovative ideas Happy Helper´s marketing
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, hectic and entrepreneurial team with high energy and goal-oriented mind-set
