Nustay is about to unleash the next stage of our business focusing on the highly lucrative corporate travel market. We need an exceptional sales professional with a passion for making B2B deals, who has the charm, dedication and expertise to handle accounts and high value clients.  

Your main responsibility as our Head of B2B Sales will be a relentless pursuit to close deals – including lead generation, setting meetings, developing bullet proof opening pitches and closing accounts. Nustay operates on a global scale, the candidate Head of B2B Sales must have a global outlook and be ready to operate with clients in multiple time zones, with small to medium sized companies as the primary targeted niche.


Your main tasks include: 

• Establish and build a strong sales division focusing on B2B sales globally;

• Lead generation with the skills to get past company gatekeepers and talk directly to the decision makers;

• Plan and execute sales strategy to grow B2B accounts;

• Measure and report performance and adjust strategy accordingly;

• Brainstorm new and creative growth hacking strategies;

• Collaborate with internal team to help optimize user experience;

• Day to day management of accounts – hotel bookings, research and preparing list of suggested best hotels;

• Fine tuning language and design of sales presentations;

• Fine tuning language and design of upcoming SaaS website;

• Experimenting with creative sales campaign ideas.



Desired skills and qualifications: 

The candidate Head of B2B Sales should have a master's degree in Sales / Communication / Business Development, or equivalent business experience and minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience for a company or division of a large corporation. Should have experience in working closely with the executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.

• You speak and write perfect Danish and English; 

• Service minded with exceptional social skills;

• Data-driven and analytical approach to work;

• Previous experience working with SaaS sales a plus (ideally in tech-startup, digital agency);

• Previous experience working with in the travel industry is a big plus;

• Digital mind-set and natural curiosity to experiment;

• Ability to write captivating pitches;

• Ability to talk with anyone on the phone and in person with charm and charisma.


Bonus points: 

• You love to create content and thrive on storytelling and sales language;

• You have an eye for graphic design and can produce your own prototypes;

• Service industry experience a plus, with the skills and knowledge to handle any client.
