We are recruiting for a Head of Engineering with strong leadership and DevOps knowledge to join our team based in the heart of Copenhagen. The candidate will lead strategy and execution for the function and engineering department within the scope of the business strategy and engineering tactics.

What we’re looking for

• Experience with leading complex engineering projects and products
• Proven experience managing, developing and coordinating engineering capacity
• Strong DevOps experience (i.e. code and script, code testing, deployment, automation tools and scaling)
• Strong ability to setup custom diagnostic and troubleshooting tools
• Great understanding of performance management, including benchmarking and monitoring and capacity planning
• Proven ability to consistently deliver projects with high quality and on time
• Demonstrated experience of agile work-flows, continuous integration, testing and release management
• Proven leadership track-record, communication skills and ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
• A self-motivated personality, with a proactive and “can-do” attitude
• Broad understanding of UI and UX guidelines and possibilities
