We are currently looking for a new Head of Marketing that can help increase the knowledge of UserTribe and influence and shape companies’ mindset of how customer-centricity is essential for their competitiveness.

With our framework of Customer Empowered Business™ we help global leaders such as McKinsey, Barclays, Danske Bank and Maersk involve customers in innovation, digitization, product development or marketing.

By facilitating customers’ interactions with our clients’ ideas, prototypes and fully developed products, we enable our clients to involve customers at every stage of decision-making or processes. This results in a much faster product development, multiple feedback loops and products and services that truly delight customers. We have grown from 25 to over 70 people in less than 6 months and are on mission to bring our product to markets all around the world. You will be working day-to-day with former McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, and Kunde & Co profiles, providing you with ample opportunity to learn from the best.

What are we offering? 

To join our team in Copenhagen, we are excited to welcome a Head of Marketing driven by the opportunity to grow a marketing team on the foundation of deep expertise within the field. You will increase the knowledge of UserTribe in the market and help influence and shape companies’ mindset of how customer-centricity is essential for continuous competitiveness and product success. You will be part of shaping the industry as well as play a major role in helping us expand to new clients and markets to drive the company forward. Ultimately, you will see and impact the transition from a Growth company to an established company, and will be part of establishing innovations throughout the company on this exciting journey. 

What would your mission be? 

  • Manage the daily marketing operations as well as work towards reaching the long term goals set by you and the top management 
  • Execute on SEM, Social, content, PR and data management
  • Project manage, optimize and build upon an existing campaign structure of weekly account based campaigns
  • Control budgets and account for all marketing spend across initiatives
  • Convert new ideas into concrete marketing efforts
  • Build new channels of growth based on hypothesis testing through data
  • Innovate on Marketing efforts to support the sales process
  • Build and develop a global Marketing team to support our expansion

Who are we looking for? 

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience within marketing with a comprehensive skillset within all major disciplines
  • A people person with great energy and leadership skills for building and educating a marketing team
  • An entrepreneurial mindset of executing on new ideas, challenging existing setup and constantly learning from failures and successes
  • Experience within B2B marketing/ABM
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset ready to do what it takes together with a bunch of ambitious people
  • You have a “Switched on” drive and a desire to grow and lead a marketing department
  • Well-structured and analytical approach to work tasks
  • You are able to work closely with other functions within the company to ensure alignment with other managers and action points
  • You are passionate, you dare to test, fail and learn and are happy in a fast-changing environment
