BalancAir is a medtech and digital health startup developing a new generation of novel, digital enabled, consumer devices for treatment of a range of neurological disorders. We are currently looking for a high performing, skilled and driven marketing and growth leader that wants to join our fast growing team of experienced entrepreneurs and lead the charge in creating a world class marketing machine from the bottom up.

We are looking for an exceptional marketing and growth leader that feels just as comfortable shaking hands and building offline relations with key influencers as he/she does analyzing our e-commerce traffic and working with our digital marketing team in setting the direction for our online efforts.

Your main responsibility will be to own the overall marketing strategy, execution and optimization and help launch, grow and expand BalancAir on the international scene.

As an early joiner in the company you will be right in the middle of the action and work closely with design, strategy and engineering to find the optimal solutions for the product and company, but you must also be ready to take on jobs that might be somewhat outside your area of expertise.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and own the company’s marketing/customer acquisition strategy, marketing budget and online revenue goals
• Take the lead in creating, testing and optimizing new marketing and growth channels and initiatives
• Work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure alignment across online and offline channels
• Analyze campaign data, find critical insights and draft recommendations
• Together with our designer, help shape the overall brand identity including communication and design language, as well as ensure consistency in all our external communication
• Work closely with the software team to refine UI, UX as well as copy
• Lead qualitative and quantitative customer research efforts

What you bring:

• You love talking to people! You must be outgoing, smiling and an excellent communicator with high empathy as you will be the main spokesperson and spend a large portion of your time talking to patients, distributors, designers, investors, bloggers and main stream media
• Highly structured, data driven and capable of strategic thinking, with the ability to put it into writing in a well-thought-out plan
• A hands-on approach – We expect you to solve problems and get things done, no matter the obstacles, both alone but also in collaboration with the rest of the team
• A deep insight and passion for everything marketing and growth related
• Excellent ability to communicate English. Your writing especially must be flawless.
• You have previous, relevant and solid experience from a similar role and preferably recommendations from other jobs/projects/internships
• Willingness to learn and teach
• Ability to understand, speak, read and write Danish is a plus, but not a requirement!
