We are now looking for a Head of Research, responsible for a team of researchers, optimizing our reach for complex tester groups, and improving our engine to ensure fast deliveries of target groups.

By facilitating customers’ interactions with our clients’ ideas, prototypes and fully developed products, we enable our clients to involve customers at every stage of decision-making or processes. This results in a much faster product development, multiple feedback loops and products and services that truly delight customers. We have grown from 25 to over 70 people in less than 6 months and are on mission to bring our product to markets all around the world. You will be working day-to-day with former McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, and Kunde & Co profiles, providing you with ample opportunity to learn from the best. 

What are we offering? 

You would take on the exciting role of Head of Research, responsible for optimizing our reach for complex tester groups, and improving our engine to ensure fast deliveries of target groups. You need to be able to find, activate and engage any person within a specific target group in any market, as well lead our fast growing team of Associates that deliver our tester reach.

As Head of Research you will have a key position in the organisation, driving our business to grow further by managing one of our key assets. You will be responsible for a team of researchers (4-5 people), and will need to structure innovations and experiments to create proper intelligence to reach or exceed targets. Ultimately, you will get a chance to see and impact the transition from a Growth company to an established company and be part of accelerating innovations through the organisation.

What would your mission be?

  • Own the deliveries of our research team, using a diverse range of channels to recruit test subjects - the role will require you to use data to make high quality decisions in targeting our reach approach, constantly optimizing by testing different approaches
  • Manage a team of driven researchers who will lead on individual cases
  • Seek opportunities for increasing efficiency and automation through intelligent deployment of support tools

Who are we looking for?

  • Substantial experience of searching and connecting with experts through a range of channels
  • Understanding of strengths and weaknesses of consumer and business expert recruitment channels (inc. social medial, personal networks, industry networks)
  • Experience of developing creative solutions to challenging reach problems

Which qualities do you need?

  • You need to demonstrate excellent team management skills to motivate and engage the research team
  • You are able to work independently and must possess a strong can-do attitude
  • You have a desire to drive our tester recruitment engine fast forward
  • Well-structured and analytical approach to work tasks
  • You are able to work closely with other functions within the Business Insights team to ensure overall improvement
  • You are passionate, you dare to test, fail and learn and are happy in a fast-changing environment
