The HELIOT EMIL™ unisex collections feature a Scandinavian, monochromatic aesthetic with a high attention to detail. Designer Julius Juul is inspired by thought-provoking themes and sources various fabrics around the world and combines these with Japanese manufactured, custom trimmings to realize each collection. The final garment production takes place in Italy, France, and Portugal.

HELIOT EMIL™ is growing in high speed, and is now selling in more than 43 retailers world wide, and is currently the brand with the most celebrity endorsement in Denmark. 

Tasks for the intern:

• Digital Marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Remarketing, Instagram ads) 
• Email contact and keeping up with requests from celebrity stylists (Migos, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, 2 Chainz, Kendall Jenner and more)
• Email contact with stylists/magazines
• Creating Newsletters
• Website optimisation
• Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks
• ... And more

Sales:

• New Business (Finding and contacting new potential clients)
• Sales strategy for upcoming season
• Keeping up with requests from current clients
• Pipeline analysis (Analyzing current sales, and perfecting sales strategy)
• Webshop optimisation
• Monetizing sales agents / showroom performances
• Invoicing
• Applying for scholarships and design competitions
• ... And more

Requirements (Ideally): 

• Drivers licens (and ideally own car). 
• Minimum of 30 hours per week commitment
• Basic Excel skills
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing and sales techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passion for the industry and its best practices
• Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree
