As HR assistant your tasks will be related to helping us in building the team and ensuring a good work environment for everyone involved and working closely with the management team. You’ll get to meet a lot of different people, expand on your network, and develop your professional skills.

 

What you can expect:

  • 3 months contract (that can be extended), with 15 hours a week that can be remote.

What do we expect:

  • Someone that is very responsive and proactive (essential) 
  • has a minimum experience with HR and volunteer management (highly desired)
  • is good at keeping structures and an overview of resources 
  • can motivate and lighten the mood while still taking tasks and responsibilities seriously 
  • has an interest in or passion for tech, innovation, entrepreneurship and events 

 

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading and aiding in the hiring process of new team members
  • Keeping track of the resources in the team
  • Call the weekly status meeting for the team and ensure the status document is kept up-to-date prior to the meeting
  • Taking minutes at the status meeting
  • Draft job postings and screen candidates as required
