We are seeking a full time/part-time recruiter with an entrepreneurial mindset who will help us build onto our already amazing team. In addition, this individual would ideally help run HR and be a generalist that can contribute to our operations and company culture.

About you:

• You don’t simply rely on agencies, searching job boards or a database to find candidates.

• You know your way around some different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Twitter etc) and a creative mind for coming up with new ones.

• You can uncover technical aptitude and are able to distinguish between good and average candidates.

• You’ve got a real interest in staying in the know with Tech and you are genuinely interested in hiring the best possible people you can.

• You love the challenge of hiring elusive candidates and full-cycle recruiting in its entirety.
