The job

In close cooperation with area managers you will be responsible for:

  • Driving all recruitment processes
  • Driving some people development processes
  • Implementing tools for recruiting and people development
  • Support and assist our CEO with ad hoc projects

The job is part time, around 20 hours per week.

 

Our expectations

You are expectedly a student graduating within 1-2 years. You probably study HR Management or something similar, but students from all fields of study are welcome to apply.

You have a true interest in people and culture management. You are a fast executer who can help area managers recruit successfully and in line with our values and business purpose. You are well organized, a strong communicator, eager to learn, and in top of your class.

Full professional proficiency in one of the Nordic languages is required.

You will be reporting to the global CEO. Start date as soon as possible.

GoMore has around 100 employees in total, out of which 50 belong to HQ and the Nordics. We have 700,000 members in Denmark and in total more than two million members. We like to work, and we like each other. Our office is in Kompagnistræde in inner Copenhagen.
