We are looking for a pro-active, structured and execution oriented manager for our indoor farm in Copenhagen. Your tasks will be to run production of and experiments with edible plants. Help solve one of humanity’s biggest problems: Sustainable food supply for a rapidly growing urbanized population, and get hands-on with the latest methods and technologies in controlled environment food production.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute plant production runs

• Maintain the farm

• Organise and manage community run projects, experiments and events

• Work with engineers and plant scientist in improving the grow system

You:

• Are pro-active, structured and execution oriented

• Are strongly motivated, open minded and not afraid of taking lead

• Enjoy working with and communicate well with varied types of people

• Might be technically savvy with a hacker mindset

• Might have hands-on experience with growing plants, ideally in a soilless system

• Might have experience from the food service or retail industry

• Wish to help solve one of the main problems humanity faces through business and technology
