We are looking for a highly results driven hands-on manager to lead our influencer and social strategy to move us from 150k to over 1mill users on our health app Twinbody. You will scale our social influencer strategy predominantly in the US across micro influencers and celebrity influencers. You will be assisted through your team of freelance coordinators as well as working with the best-in-class agencies within social media and influencers.

As a product, we are a social app for weight loss support, encouragement and inspiration. Twinbody as a company, is a technology start-up based at founders house in Copenhagen. After both rapid user growth of over 150k users within month’s and a closed funding round, we are now expanding our team.

With Twinbody you will…

You will have full responsibility of managing your growth budget as well as your team of remote freelance coordinators. Your budget is primarily allocated to influencers across micro-, commercial- and celebrity influencers and secondary to agencies such as online marketing specialists as well as influencer agencies & consultants.

• Optimize use of the growth budget.
• Manage the overall social influencer strategy through your team of freelance coordinators
• Lead and assist your team of remote freelance coordinators
• Work with specialist agencies (Social Media, Influencer, online marketing) in delivering continued hypergrowth for our app.
• Set the strategy and direction for the most optimal use of our growth budget and make a plan for allocation of resources and budget for this.
• Follow up on reports and deliver weekly and monthly KPI’s.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate can come from many different backgrounds, we have the following expectations (not requirements) for the right candidate:

• You likely have a university degree within marketing or communications.
• You are very creative and good at thinking outside the box in your approach and fast at shifting direction according to results.
• Highly resultsdriven, we need a person who is driven by delivering high user growth and who gets up in the morning checking downloads and user growth as the first thing.
• You are social media savvy and have a clear idea of what works and what doesn’t for influencer marketing.
• Have experience working with marketing and/or social media for a digital product.
• Are obsessed with details yet able to zoom out whenever to see the whole picture.
• Preferably you worked with growth hacking before.
• Have flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-driven, take ownership and have the ability to manage your own projects, but also play well in a team.
