Inside Sales Representative

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. GenieBelt is looking to expand to Germany, Benelux, France and Italy, so fluent in these languages will be a large plus!

The role:

As a GenieBelt’s sales representative, you are responsible for developing new business in the construction industry. You will need to:

 

  • Make a high volume of daily outbound sales calls speaking to key stakeholders across all verticals
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

 

 

YOU:

  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Experience working with Close.io or similar CRM.
  • Persistence.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Account management when required for existing customers.
  • Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of achieving KPI’s.
  • Previous experience in an inside sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

GenieBelt was born out of frustration whilst trying to solve the same problems on construction sites time and time again. After working with a crazy amount of construction companies we're ready to change the dinosaur ways of the industry.

GenieBelt is a 4 year old startup with 35+ people. We are growing rapidly and our team has increased by 100% last summer. We have a spacious HQ office in downtown Copenhagen right by Radhuspladsen and can see City Hall and Tivoli. Our people come from 18 countries, including crackpots who would like to build their office equipment from scrap construction items. We believe in clear commitments and respectful disagreements, we support each other. Instead of “scheduled fun” we try to have a social work environment where people can become friends. GenieBelt is also transparent and egalitarian environment: everyone knows each other and everyone ones how the company is doing.
