Sp8ces are looking to create an international chain of inspiring urban workhubs for people to cowork and meet, by transforming the most beautiful locations that are underutilized during day into great areas for working and meeting. We have launched our product in Copenhagen and Århus and are now looking to build our inbound marketing function to ultimately become an important lead generator for us. We are looking for a talented person to join our quest for creating useful and great content

We are looking for a person, who can help us creating exciting events for our growing number of members. As an event manager you will work 10-20 hours a week crafting, planning and executing our events. 

Our events are mainly focused on our freelancers, startups, entrepreneurs and smaller business clients. They are intimate and theme oriented.

Find interesting topics and speakers

Speak to members about the preferences 

Contact potentiel guests and speakers

Plan events with our partners

Communication and marketing of events

As a person you are structured, has good communication skills and a likable personality. You are professional and eager to learn and have responsibility. You are a self-starter and not afraid of reaching out to people. Fluency in English. Danish is an advantage. 

As a young startup this is an unpaid internship. You will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility and work closely together with founder and other team members – both local based in Copenhagen and abroad. The position is part time. 

Coffee is on the house and we are based centrally at one of our locations; Nimb Hotel next to Tivoli.
