About the Junior Restaurant Development Manager role

Wolt is hiring a Junior Restaurant Development Manager to support the management of Wolt’s restaurant portfolio in Denmark. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys a diverse working week. You will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure optimal success.

What you will do

• Successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring optimal access at necessary times

• Be responsible for our menu-platform always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand

• Liaise with our local photographer for menu photoshoots

• Managing our restaurant liaisons by identifying, training and keeping them up to speed with any urgent cases

• Share best practices amongst restaurant team

About You

• Minimum qualification of Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor or equivalent

• This role may suit someone with 1-2 years of experience - more or less can also do it, but the key is that you have the right attitude and drive

• Probably within customer service or administration management

• True doer mentality, building strong relationships comes naturally to you

• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people

• You are structured, detailed and extremely service-oriented

• Self-starter and confident with a passion for food

• Fluent in Danish and English
