Danamica is a Copenhagen based startup building a business intelligence and automated pricing platform for vacation rental agencies. We are still a small team but expecting to grow rapidly during the coming years.

We are looking for a junior Python developer. Your main work will involve expanding and improving our data pipeline (scraping, cleaning, analysis). You need to care about performance, as well as the quality and maintainability of the code. The ideal candidate loves discovering bottlenecks, optimizing code or SQL queries to improve performance. 90% of our code is Python 3, with the rest being raw SQL, C++, and Javascript.

The position is part-time (10-20 hours/week) and is a perfect fit for an IT or computer science student. The position has the potential to become full-time at a later stage.

As we are a small team there will be ample opportunities for also helping with other development tasks so experiences in other areas are also an advantage. We don’t expect you to know everything but expect eagerness to learn and grow your skill set.
