Kickstart your sales-career as Inside Sales Intern for leading tech startup in the hotel industry (paid)

Salary DKK 9,000 - DKK 11,000

PERE represents hotels, their receptionists and concierges. We ensure that receptionists and concierges have not only the most efficient, but also the easiest access to book restaurants, transportation, and activities for their guests. We are currently in London and Copenhagen and will scale to other international markets during 2018.


What are we looking for? 

Are you eager to get a head start on your sales career and to learn quickly? To work with a young and innovative team to ensure even more loyal and happy customers? And to help us reach our high growth targets? You will get in depth insight into sales and marketing and also into the tech industry. You will play a key role in driving new business for our global platform. Your focus will be on new business, establishing and building relationships and booking meetings for the PERE sales staff. 

We imagine that you are done or in the process of an education within marketing, communication or sales. It is a requirement that you have a passion for sales. 

We are taking the world by storm and we need you as a valuable and respected part of our team based in Copenhagen. Some traveling should be expected since we have already entered the London market and are expanding rapidly into other international markets.

You'll be working with a group of PERE employees which include former CEOs and directors from large international companies in the service and IT industries. We promise that you will have a challenging and rewarding time with us!

 

Your tasks:

  • Creating and finding new leads (hotels and restaurants)
  • Booking meetings over the phone
  • Following up with existing and new customers by phone/email
  • Administrative tasks 

 

Requirements

  • You will begin with a thorough training period to get you all set for the job. We expect that you are: 
  • Outgoing and keen to take initiative and responsibility
  • Full of of willpower and competitive
  • Highly motivated and have a drive for going the extra mile
  • Result-oriented
  • Eager and a proactive team player
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • It’s a plus if you have experience with sales e.g. telemarketing

With profits shrinking, you’d think that hotels could simply recover those earnings when they refer their guests to nearby businesses. If they’re paying when they receive a guest referral, shouldn’t they be paid when they make a guest referral? That seems fair. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. That’s because today, the hospitality referral model is a broken, one-way street with no quick and easy way for people to profit when they make a personal referral. That includes especially hotel concierges, whose entire existence is founded on the ability to provide quality referrals.
