By serial entrepreneurs that have founded a few startups, succeeded but also failed, hence NOT first-time founders. Currently beyond idea stage to the point that clients want to buy.

Who we are looking for?

We are seeking an A player. We know by definition it's pretty vague. But if you are one, you already know it. Someone who loves experiences and enjoy early responsibility and doesn’t shy away from getting his hands down in the dirty work. You are expected to have an initiative and shape your role on your own as Co-founder/Lead Developer/Head Of Engineering, passionate about esports, data and wants to build the next big thing in the esports industry.

• Impatient with deadlines.
• Willing to get his hands dirty. 
• Is not looking for a job description.
• Loves to code front- and backend (you don’t need to master both)
• Experience with working with third party API's
• Great with PHP, knows Laravel and have touched Vue.js, just a little bit
• Fluent in HTML, CSS and Javascript in general
• Knows how Git/Github works
• Can take a design from Zeplin/Sketch and bring it to life

What to expect?

1. Get an opportunity to be part of the founding team and get ownership of the company, make your own decisions, impact the way product shapes, work on the operations. Also, understand that startup journeys are full of highs and lows and you are ready to take it.

2. Decent size equity in the company & salary after 6 months, when seed round is closed.

3. We are all about making the esports space enriching & hence expect to work on crazy ideas that come in the mind every other day and work on the not so sexy stuff.
