About Casefair?

Casefair works to create diverse and competent workplaces through effective, unbiased and predictive case-based recruitment solutions.

We have launched the first version of our case platform and are building intelligent solutions that allow companies insightful candidate assessments and to automate time-consuming screening processes while leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning in predicting performance and reducing bad hires. 

With leading Danish companies among early customers and an unexpected amount of interest and demand across the enterprise segment, we are now ready to begin an exciting growth journey with a skilled and motivated lead developer or CTO. 


About the role 

As a lead developer or CTO, you will be responsible for the development of all current and future solutions and take part in deciding the future direction of Casefair. You will also get the opportunity to hire and build a technical team while implementing an agile development process.


Your responsibilities/role:

• Developing new solutions and choosing the future tech stack

• Architecture, development and, maintenance of the current platform

• Work with current tech partner and hire future developers

• Implementing an agile software development process (e.g. Scrum-based)

• Participation in customer meeting on customizations, integrations and IT security

• Co-create product roadmap with management and customers


Potential candidate

You want to join an ambitious startup and build the future of recruitment.

You are skilled in backend-development, have experience with API-technologies and are willing to work with agile-based development processes.


Ideal experience or willingness to learn

• +2 practical experience with backend development from a startup, web agency or enterprise

• Experience with one or more backend-technologies (e.g. Java, Ruby, PHP or similar)

• Experience or knowledge of one or more frontend-technologies (e.g. JavaScript, React / Redux, Vue, HTML5, Sass /CSS3 or similar)

• Knowledge of one or more DevOps-technologies (e.g. Heroku, Docker, Git, AWS)

• Knowledge of system integration, API’s and databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDb, Node.js, Express.js or similar)

• Knowledge or willingness to learn about advanced analytics and machine learning

You are not expected to be an expert on everything but should want to learn or understand new technologies that might be useful for future solutions.
