Our core project is the development of a personal digital butler that is tailored to the needs of every user, no matter where they are in the world.

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Developer, who want to create products that change people’s lives for the better. As a lead software developer, you will have major influence on architecture, implementation, technology and new features for the Jeeves Prototype. You will become part of a strong interdisciplinary team who puts great ideas above any rank and title. You will join our journey from the very beginning and have a great impact on the product we are launching in the near future but you must also have a genuine interest in and commitment to the commercial aspects and development of AIRSHIP ONE as a company.

Responsibilities

Your primary task will be:

• Leading development of high-quality code and evaluation of potential use of external APIs
• Selection and development of system architecture, security and solution design
• Leading Rapid Prototyping with Designers and Business developers in an agile customer-centric setting
• Technical adviser to management and providing programming perspective on requirements
• Oversee a development team of op to five programmers (and interns)

You Have

• Preferably degree from an IT or engineering university, fx. BSc/MSc in Computer Science
• Experience with back/front-end development, knowledge of different programing languages
• (Plus: Big Data, ML/AI algorithm design)
• Experience with data integration, web services, uServices, APIs, Android/IOS, Visual Studio, Team Services, ASP.NET, MySQL.
• Attention to detail and high ethical standards for your work (quality-focused)
• An analytical and data driven approach to decisions
• Team player interested in both brainstorming and decision-making with your fellow collages as well working independently within your own field.
• A track record of getting things done
