Headquartered in Copenhagen, we are the equivalent of five full time employees and around 25 part time tour guides operating tours in Copenhagen and elsewhere. The job

We are looking for a talented and pro-active Marketing Manager to develop the Nova Fairy Tales brand, tell our story and most importantly, in a creative way, drive customer acquisition and sales. The ideal candidate will be creative and open-minded in generating ideas and ruthlessly structured and bottom-line focused when it comes to execution. The playing field is large as our services are relevant to a global audience and your toolbox should cover online as well as offline marketing methods. You will be working closely with our marketing agency, who are online marketing experts.

As Marketing Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for all aspects of our marketing activities, such as

• Developing a deep understanding of our prospective customers and their motivations
• Acquiring new customers through a range of online and offline channels
• Finding innovative ways to grow our brand and commercial activities in Denmark and elsewhere
• Manage the marketing spend
• Other responsibilities and tasks as we grow our business

What do we expect from you

We expect that you

• Are genuinely interested in marketing, tourism and entrepreneurship
  
• Have the drive and creativity to generate ideas and implement them independently and in teams
• Knowledge of and practical experience with online and offline marketing
• Have a mindset for constantly looking for ways to improve the ROI on marketing spend
• Are a responsible individual who can prioritize first things first
• Are fluent in English (Danish or any other language is a plus, but not a requirement)

For this role, it is a big plus if you have prior professional experience from a marketing role in the tourism industry
