Founders House is looking for a skilled Membership manager for our growing tech hub on Islands Brygge consisting of Founders House and Startup Village. Here, we're a community of almost 50 tech startups building companies side by side, helping each other succeed. Notable community members, past and current, include Realm, Vivino, Peakon, Brain+, Woomio and Dixa.

The core of the role is assisting with membership management and internal network in Founders House, the most dedicated tech co-working space in Denmark. We specifically service tech companies with scalable technology and a sky high ambitions. Founders House recently won “Best Coworking Space in the Nordics”.

We seek a person is genuinely enjoys working with people, enabling others’ succeed and servicing people. You’ll play an important part in our community with some of the most driven and inspirational people in the country. Every day you’ll service a multitude of requests from practical to network, and your job is to make sure everything in the house runs smoothly, as well as ensuring we have a strong internal community. 

What we seek: 

• Proven experience in relationship management, community building or membership management
• A responsible personality type, who considers no task too small to do with pride
• Great interpersonal skills and an ability to talk to everyone, even strangers
• A strong work ethics and get-things-done attitude, even if you feel something is outside your job description
• An eye for service and an attention to detail
• Aptitude for working with online tools
• A goal-oriented team player, who can stick to budgets and manage minor projects and events on their own
• Willingness to commit at least next three years to Founders House. 
• Someone who understand the startup scene and what creates value for entrepreneurs and their companies. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Ensure strong personal ties between members in the community by way of introductions, internal events, community management and social gatherings
• Maintain tech systems 
• Onboard all new members - Socially and administrative
• Membership management and practical tasks
• In charge of keeping the atmosphere in the house great, 
• Administrational tasks such as lunch system, inventory, supplier management, procurement.
