Our team is primarily located in Copenhagen, in our nice bright office in Sølvgade. We're looking for a mobile lead to join our team.

As Mobile Lead at Roger you will be in charge of leading development, strategy and innovation for our iOS and Android apps. Along with the mobile team, you will be in charge of maintaining the platform, fix bugs that come in, and develop new features in close collaboration with the backend team. Within the next year, we would like to move toward React Native on mobile, and part of your task will be to manage and execute this transition. 

Apart from daily execution and technical leadership, you will work closely with both the founders and the rest of the team to determine which new features and markets to go after, and you will be responsible for always making sure to push Roger's mobile platform to new heights. 

We expect you to be willing to take a lot of ownership over the mobile development. We don't require a certain amount of experience, but you must be willing to take a leading role, and take responsibility for the technical mobile strategy and development. An interest in and an eye for design implementation is a plus but not a must. At Roger, we move fast because we are growing fast. Our team works in 2 week sprints. We expect our next team member to have a mindset that works with our pace.  

We're a 13 person, international team from various backgrounds. The founders of Roger have previously built and sold a startup to Cisco Systems, and we are backed by both Danish and US investors.
