We're expanding our business into Norway and we need your help. We have an internship position for you available on our team at HairLust ApS that is rapidly growing. You will be part of an exciting learning programme and test your skills with both offline and online marketing as well as retailer relations on the Norwegian market.


We are looking for a Norwegian intern who for the next 2-6 months will join our small, but extremely dedicated, team, and at a minimum of 20 hours/week will work determinedly to drive B2C and B2B sales to our Norwegian operations. Your overall task as a Country Manager for Norway is to drive traffic and sales and for that purpose you will use the whole range of online and offline marketing channels. You will get an unseen level of responsibility for our company that will provide you with great experience within various areas; internationalisation, marketing, b2b sales, business development, market research, and much more.

Who are we?

We are a Danish-based webshop with offices in the central part of Frederiksberg being part of a start-up community. HairLust offers a 360-degrees approach to healthy hair care, and combines inner and outer hair care products in a luxurious product-line. We introduce a new generation of dietary supplements and beauty products for the picky customer. We wish to do away with the perception of dietary supplements as being boring, and for that reason we have launched a line of products that comes in a presentable and shareable visual look. HairLust is one of the most online sought-after dietary supplement and beauty brands, and can boast with being one of the best reviewed health products brands in Denmark. HairLust is sold in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and England.

Your primary tasks: 

  • Market research on the Norwegian market
  • Generate Norwegian B2B leads and maintain good relations with retailers
  • Crack Norwegian deals including retailer and strategic partnerships
  • Going to Norway to present in meetings and sell our products
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in Norway
  • Outreach and handling of paid sponsorships and adverts in Norway
  • Outreach and handling of Norwegian influencers, bloggers, and ambassadors 
  • Ad hoc tasks

Apart from primary work assignments, you will be expected to help out with a range of different tasks, which includes everything from optimization of the website, SEO, and link building, to Google AdWords, analyses, participating in exhibitions, etc.

  • You are Norwegian

  • You have a knack for expressing yourself both in writing and visually
  • You are currently studying something relevant, e.g. business, communication, or marketing
  • You work in a patient and structured manner
