Who We’re Looking For
As our new Norwegian sales development representative, you’ll join our in-and outbound sales department and help us expand our customer base in Norway. You’ll be responsible for developing opportunities within the Norwegian market, and be the first to contact potential new leads. You’ll learn to balance numerous leads in a structured manner using our CRM system and familiarize yourself with the needs of the individual customer lead. You’ll be working in a high-paced, entrepreneurial environment that operates on a global market.
Call inbound leads who request a free trial
Call outbound leads and identify potential Sleeknote customers
Develop new business from inbound leads
Identify new potential customers
Upsell existing customers to our Managed Solution service
Coordinate our Managed Solution service with our marketing department
Upsell customers and discover new revenue opportunities
Close collaboration with the sales team to reach prospective customers and improve sales strategies
Establish and grow the commercial success of Sleeknote in Norway
Qualifications & Requirements
Great business acumen with a structured approach to your work
Fluent in Norwegian–both written and spoken language
Excellent English language skills (our main language of communication in the company is English)
Prior experience from B2B or sales
Prior experience from a SaaS company, e-commerce or online marketing is a plus
Knowledge of solution-based selling and account management skills
Great ability to collaborate and work across teams
Ability to quickly identify where Sleeknote can add value to a customer and diagnose a client’s potential
You are an active listener and show curiosity and interest towards your clients

The position is part of an internal talent program, which means if you reach our set sales targets, you’ll be promoted to Country Manager.
