We are looking for an office manager that thrive in a busy and dynamic environment, and enjoy a variety of different tasks during the work week. Your main job will be to make the office run smoothly, and assists management with miscellaneous tasks. We are currently 4 companies with around 20 employees that are co-located on Østerbro with same management and owners. We are looking for a person that can manage tasks in the shared office space, and across the different business units.

• Able to handle many small tasks in parallel
• Attention to detail
• Independent and reliable 

Experience

• How a business and office runs
• How to communicate both internally and externally 
• Relevant educational background 

Tasks

• Office mgmt.: stock equiment, lunch set-up, phone, 
• PA work: Variety of minor tasks
• Communication, social media & marketing
• HR Misc: Travel & hotels booking, expenses
