The role

We seek a highly motivated candidate to become a part of our small team and help us manage Level Operations across Europe. As our Intern, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and get real insight of internal planning, production processes and all levels of supply chain. You will get hands-on experience with purchasing, logistics and stock management, along with this we offer you a sprouting international working environment with the opportunity to spar with your other co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with building an effective logistic system across Europe

• Administrate sales orders

• Follow-up of A/R and A/P

• Prepare monthly reports

• Analyze possibilities for increasing Company’s efficiency

The ideal candidate

A fluent English speaker, preferably with Danish language skills. You are oriented on problem solving, organized and systematic. You are able to work under pressure and still keep deadlines. Additionally, you have head full of ideas and are not afraid to take own initiatives. You are able to work independently, but enjoy being a part of the team. Previous work experience in a similar position is advantageous but not a necessity. Lastly, you are pursuing/finished a BA, BS or MS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related area. Note that you must be available to commit on a full-time basis, 37 hours/week.
