Consumers increasinlgy choose alternatives to dairy and meat if the taste and cost is according to budget. And often it is, but the products offered are few.

We want to create the next plant-based food company using the technology called fermentation. Fermentation is the process used to create a vast array of dairy products such as yoghurts, cremes and cheeses that can be eaten as such, or used as ingredients in cakes and other foods.

There are many health benefits of fermentation, and the company that will master the fermentation process of plant-based foods has a great international potential both in health claims, naturalness and taste.
