The partner team is growing and we are looking for a commercially driven Partner Manager with experience from the martech space to join the team. You are excited by the prospect of working at the very forefront of TwentyThree, winning new markets and clients. Building new connections comes natural to you and you come across as a strong people-person. A key part of the job will be to build out the commercial pipeline in the partner team and spend a significant amount of time out in the field connecting to our existing partners across Europe/ US and making them grow with TwentyThree.

 

We are looking for:

  • A great storyteller and communicator, able to convey complex ideas even to your grandmother
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or partner management experience, preferably in the martech space
  • Experience from working with or for HubSpot, Marketo or Saleforce is a bonus
  • Agency background is a bonus
  • Tech-savvy and curious, you navigate easily among complex SaaS solutions
  • Product lover - you can't wait to get a demo of our platform
  • Start-up style mentality (you enjoy building the car while you're driving it), entrepreneurial experience a plus
  • A strong connector likely to have an extensive network in either the Nordics, Europe or San Francisco/ Boston
  • We value international profiles and expect you to be fluent in English

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Establish and grow your own partner pipeline, winning new clients and partners every month
  • Build local relationships to key digital agencies in the Nordics
  • Build global relationships to key martech and video agencies across Europe/ US
  • Inspire partners and their clients to take their video marketing services to the next level with TwentyThree
  • Bring existing partners up to premium level
  • Full sales cycle management
  • Drive preferred commitment and tangible revenue to TwentyThree
  • Participate in key conferences and partner events
  • Play a key role in the next part of our growth journey
