MATE BIKE International is a young SKYROCKETING, COOL & VIBRANT start-up on a mission to start the e-bike revolution and get the world to ride more bikes. We have been running the most successful crowdfunding campaign in Denmark and we are now heading into the next face of securing the success of the campaign, making sure the backer and customer journey is excellent and ensure that our business will continue to grow.

Internship Full time / Part time (unpaid) - Minimum: 3 months (12 weeks)

Do you have a flair for spotting and communicating “the great story” and are you an outgoing personality that love to be proactive? Are you interested in building your CV with some real-life experience in an awesome environment where you, as an intern, are taken serious with real responsibilities and the ability to set your mark on a truly global company?

We are looking for an awesome new mate to join our team at our office close to Nørrebro Station and assist our marketing-, customer success- and sales team in the written and verbal representation of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will be producing written online and print content for the press, our help desk, email marketing and newsletters as well as manage press lists and events.

TASKS: 

• Assist in the creation and execution of press releases and update our press kit.
• Update our press lists and take contact to relevant news, blogs and channels.
• Help managing events.
• Assist our customer success team in effectively managing backers and customer requests through our Zendesk support center.
• Various ad hoc.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• You have excellent written and verbal skills in English and Danish.
• You understand PR and marketing and is at ease talking with journalists on phone or by email.
• You know how to turn a story or situation to your advantage.

YOU AS A PERSON:

• Go straight to the point and know how to execute on things.
• Are determined to make a difference.
• Are able to work independently as well as in teams.
• Are able to communicate in English.
• Are productive and proactive when needed.
• Are fairly structured in your work.
• Are friendly, open and in general an AWESOME person
