Since then, our team has raised $1.3M in a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo in 2014, and has sold more than 60,000 Airtame units to date and have continued to grow steadily. After being on the market for four years, we have gained a lot of insight about what our customers want, and have developed a vision for the future of using bigger screens professionally. With this knowledge we are now developing the future Airtame product portfolio.

Role

Airtame is looking for an intern as product designer/design engineer to be a part of the hardware team in the product development.

Your role will be to assist our highly skilled hardware team to take the design from the ideation stage, create concepts, ﬁnalize the design and at the end, prepare and set up for mass production.

Requirements

You are passionate about designing and developing products.
If you pay attention to each little detail in creating great products and you strive to make a diﬀerence for the user.
You have a technical mindset. You understand and can explain to others the basics in technology like computers and IoT products.
You are finished with your bachelor studies and are looking for an opportunity to get out in the workforce before starting your candidate.

We are looking for someone with skills/experience in:

Ideation and developing concepts
Visualizing concepts on paper and building models
CAD modelling (SolidWorks)
Researching and presenting skills
General knowledge about materials and production methods
Fluent in english, both spoken and written
