WHO WE NEED

With the launch of our Guest Experience Management platform, we want to take the product foundation to the next level by leveraging the in-depth knowledge that can be acquired through qualitative and quantitative research. We are seeking a talented and ambitious Product Designer to be a key contributor in turning our vision into reality.


You will be the primary facilitator of all aspects of the product design process, having the opportunity to solve complex design and product problems and working on cross-functional teams with other designers, developers and customer engagement managers. You will work from the beginning to the end of the product development lifecycle, maintaining an overview of how each project fits into and builds on our overall service design objectives. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Organising research and product information into coherent user flows, interaction designs, interactive prototypes, visual design mocks and specifications for developers to build.
• Create and lead the unified design of new features and updates from concept to release.
• Advocating for user-centered design in every aspect of the product. 
• Translating complex ideas into elegant and intuitive designs.
• Work as a collaborative and contributing partner with the product and customer engagement teams
• Help establish and grow a design culture. 

REQUIREMENTS

START-UP EXPERIENCE

You are comfortable with a fast-paced environment with frequently changing product requirements. You have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle times of uncertainty and ambiguity.

COLLABORATIVE

You have the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical people across various departments. 

AGILE

You have experience with Agile software development and an interest in shaping and improving team processes. 

DESIGN TOOL EXPERIENCE

You are familiar with standard design and prototyping tools and you have a working understanding of front-end web technologies as well as having an up-to-date understanding of design best practices and trends, but are also comfortable exploring new paradigms in UX and UI design.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience of user experience and user interface design of digital products across multiple platforms
• Bachelors/Masters in Design, HCI or related field
• Fluent in prototyping software such as Sketch, Figma Axure RP, Adobe XD, and Adobe Suite etc. 
• Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills. 
• Able to design for multiple platforms including; iOS, Android and Web
• Ability to edit and write HTML, CSS or JS considered a huge PLUS!
