What you’ll do:

• Lead design problems and projects from beginning to end;
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, customers, and the other stakeholders in the company;
• Translate insights into ideas for new products and features;
• Design workflows and detailed interactions to realize these ideas;
• Create beautiful high-fidelity mockups of your designs and prototypes using Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools;
• Share knowledge & learnings, both internally with your teammates and externally.

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years of experience designing mobile and web apps;
• An appreciation for the entire product development process, from understanding the problem, to detailed UI and visual design;
• Experience with A/B testing, usability tests, and experimenting;
• Background looking at data and analytics, to understand how design is affecting the user and the business;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• You are a driven self-starter who enjoys working both independently and in team settings.
