We are currently looking for a talented Product Supporter to join our growing product development team. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy and enjoys helping others. Our Product Supporter will assist various teams in both our Copenhagen and Warsaw offices to ensure everyone is able to work smoothly, by improving our day-to-day procedures. The role hourly based, with 20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert for our platform. Assist other team members with software and third-party applications.
• Handle internal support requests in our Service Desk application, escalation of tickets to 2nd level when needed.
• Set up equipment, such as computers for new starters (software installation, account creations, etc.).
• Document and update procedures in our wiki, as needed.
• Help our product development team with ad-hoc assignments.

Your profile:

• Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new systems inside out.
• You’re fluent in English.
• Solution-oriented and self-driven.
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

You will report to the Head of Product Management, and work closely with our entire staff.
