Talent Garden Innovation School is a new school for digital learning. We are based in Copenhagen as the educational hub within Talent Garden, a co-working space for 350 entrepreneurs. The school is a collaboration between Rainmaking and the European Talent Garden network. Rainmaking facilitates entrepreneurship across four workspaces in greater Copenhagen. Talent Garden has 23 campuses across Europe. Together we support 4000+ innovators and founders.

About the position 

You will be a part of the launch team for the Talent Garden Innovation School in Copenhagen. It is an advantage, if you have work experience within teaching, corporate training, courses, conferences or workshops. In other words: You feel at home making organising programs and making presentations in front of 30+ people. Your main colleagues are the Rainmaking Loft team on Holmen in Copenhagen and the Talent Garden team in Milan, Italy. We have an informal and fast-paced culture, where we want people to thrive in the full sense of the word. We enjoy team dinners and throw some pretty great parties.

Key tasks

• Developing high quality educational programs and learning experiences in collaboration with the team and school director. 
• Project management of masterclasses, training programs and educations, responsible for the successful delivery and coordination of programmes.
• In charge of creating, facilitating and optimising the customer journey from sign-ups to programs to enrolment, facilitating programs (including masterclasses), and monitoring ongoing customer feedback. You maintain a clear overview of all ongoing training and education activities.
• Planning and managing education budgets, monitoring the innovation school activities through reporting, and analysis of the performances and KPIs.
• Promoting the programs, developing school catalogue, writing text material, and managing online teaching platforms and related content.
• Building and maintaining relationship with trainers/ teachers, and consultants - and interacting with partner companies to project manage and coordinate corporate training.
• Market research and ongoing national and international market trend insights.

About you

• You have work experience within teaching, education, courses or corporate training.
• You have a strong business sense and the ability to execute and coordinate, work accurately and meet deadlines.
• You are organised, have strong analytical skills, and the desire to improve and look for better solutions.
• You are outgoing, service-minded, and great at developing relationships and connections.
• You are excellent in written and spoken English, and Danish
• We are a new team and still growing. This requires a certain open-mindedness in terms of working on ad hoc activities such as organising and executing events.
