Sculpto is manufacturing and developing some of the coolest 3D printers in the world! Today you can buy our products in more than 8 countries. But that is just the beginning because we are aiming to become the number 1 provider of 3D printers to schools and private homes. As the company is beginning to take of we are in heavy need of smart people with a drive to change the world!

The job involves managing the daily activities at our office facilities in Aarhus. You will be the daily manager of 5-10 people and potentially more. 

You will be answering to the company's CEO and board. You will be included in strategic meetings and be able to set your mark on the future of the company together with your team. 

You are overall responsible for the following departments: 

• Customer service
• Development
• Sales 
• Marketing

Two days will not be the same and you will most likely need to step in where it is needed. Together with our CFO you're responsible for keeping up with our budgets and make sure Sculpto grows in a fast paste and at the same time manage various administrative tasks.

It is an advantage if:

• You have previous experience with leading people.
• You have some sort of economic or business background
• You love technology

The job will be rewarded with a start-up-like salary (Around 3.000 EUR ) and equity (To be negotiated).
