TechBBQ is Denmark's largest and oldest tech and innovation sum of almost 7 years, from the humble start and a conference on the exchange in 2013 to last year's two-day summit for 6600 guests in Øksnehallen. It is our goal to promote tech entrepreneurship and innovation in Denmark, and to put Denmark and the Nordic region on the map as an important European innovation hub.

We are the annual event where everyone from the environment meets, celebrating the past year's successes, learning from the mistakes, nurturing networks and creating new ones. Every strong entrepreneurial hub has its flagship event - and TechBBQ is ours.

As TechBBQ New Project Manager you will work closely with our team and will be an integral part of the management team guiding TechBBQ 2019 to success and have contact with a lot of different people - from industry leaders and entrepreneurs to investors and volunteers.

Main responsibilities entail:

1. You will be in charge of managing and creating an entire Maritime Track

2. Sending invitations to the most important stakeholders from the Maritime sector.

3. Creating workshops and coordinating showcase area, dinners

4. Keeping an overall a tailored track for the Maritime sector. The track shall be coordinated with the rest of the           TechBBQ event.

We are looking for someone :

1. Has Sound knowledge about the Maritime sector

2. Has experience with project management (Desired)

3. Has experience in Stakeholder management

4. Has Experience with event management (Desired)

5. Has an interest in or passion for Maritime Track  ,innovation and research

6. Excellent Danish skills, both writing and speaking and English speaking also considerable

Hours :

This is Part time position - you need to give 10 - 20 hours per week.
