STATUM is recruiting for Easytranslate - a danish translation tech-company who is on a mission to solve the needs for translation and interpretation on a global scale. You now have the chance to join them as a Project Manager in managing and administrating daily translation tasks and become an important part of the global growth!

The position:

As a project manager you will be fulltime and joining a young and dynamic team managing everyday Interpretation projects. You will work closely with the existing Project Managers in building strong relationships with our governmental partners. Last but not least you will have daily contact to our experienced translators, building and managing as strong relationships as possible.

The right candidate is:

• An expert in communication written and spoken. You speak English at a high level and also either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian.
• You have flair for project management and an interest in developing these skills.
• You are proactive, ambitious and take initiative.
• You are openminded, extrovert and a good teamplayer.
• You have flair for IT and digital products and are a quick learning in adapting to new systems
• You have a strong overview and is an expert in managing several tasks and deadlines at once
• You are solution oriented

Primary responsibility:

• You will be managing and administrating daily translation projects, meeting the needs of our governmental partners by matching them with the best translators for the job
• You will be onboarding new and existing translators in the use of our app Easytalq (video translation) and our platform
• You will be onboarding new and existing caseworkers from the different governmental departments to use the platform and Easytalq as efficient as possible
• Administrative tasks and general support
• Become a part of an innovative and international workplace

At Easytranslate there are many different nationalities represented at our attractive location in Nordhavn, Copenhagen East. You are offered a good lunch arrangement and a dynamic environment - we have fun and there is always a good atmosphere. The position is fulltime and office hours is 9-5pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be according to qualifications and the starting date will be agreed upon individually.
