We are now looking for a Sales & Growth Consultant, responsible for establishing new client relationships amongst some of the most prominent Danish and international companies.

By facilitating customers’ interactions with our clients’ ideas, prototypes and fully developed products, we enable our clients to involve customers at every stage of decision-making or processes. This results in a much faster product development, multiple feedback loops and products and services that truly delight customers. We have grown from 25 to over 70 people in less than 6 months and are on mission to bring our product to markets all around the world. You will be working day-to-day with former McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, and Kunde & Co profiles, providing you with ample opportunity to learn from the best. 

What are we offering? 

You would take on the exciting role of Sales & Growth Consultant, responsible for not only establishing new client relationships amongst some of the most prominent Danish and international companies, but also increase the knowledge of UserTribe to new stakeholders within our existing client base. The Sales & Growth Consultant will break down doors, and help influence and shape these companies’ mindset of how customer-centricity is essential for continuous competitiveness and product success. 

You will be part of shaping the industry as well as play a major role in helping us expand to new clients and markets to drive the company forward. Ultimately, you will get a chance to see and impact the transition from a Growth company to an established company and be part of accelerating innovations through the establishment of new client relationships.   

What would your mission be? 

  • Grow the new sales division of the company by pitching and selling our winning product, vision and mindset to top Danish and international companies 
  • Identify companies’ needs to involve customers and connect to our model, and convert this into interest and meetings with senior stakeholders of some of the most known and successful companies today
  • You will drive the entire sales process from initial sales meeting to final closure, and after handover the client to our consulting team.
  • Continuously develop on our sales pitch, to facilitate interest in continuous use of our insights
  • Assist the further client transfer internally by having a strategic approach to where the best fit is in regards to expertise

Who are we looking for?

  • You will be excited about the prospect of having a unique product with a huge demand in the market, and have no problem picking up the phone to get the product to the market
  • You are able to understand complex company contexts such as their structure, political environment, and existing challenges/problems ect. in order to analyse their complex problems and how a continuous approach to customer involvement can help them make better decisions
  • Essentially you have great and precise communication skills and have experience talking to prominent profiles in a business setting
  • You are charismatic and a high performer able to create relevance within seconds to spike interest
  • You have great pipeline management skills and ability to work in a very structured way
  • You have a strong background with selling complex products preferably within customer research or consultancy
  • You are fully fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken
