UbiqiSense is disrupting the building sector with an occupancy sensor solution for smart buildings. We entered the market in 2018 and our offering has already been very positively received due to superior data insights about building inhabitants delivered at very competitive price points. We want to respond to the growing interest in our product, and this is where you come into the picture.


In your role as sales manager you will primarily be responsible for driving new customer leads through our sales funnel. We are operating in an emerging market, and your ability to guide new prospects and partners, clearly communicate our value proposition and close the sale will be key to your success.

You will be working with these activities:

  • Execute B2B sales strategy
  • Effectively move new leads through the funnel to close the sale
  • Account management and sales training for resellers and distribution partners
  • Research potential customer leads
  • Cold-calling of new, potential customers and distribution partners
  • Creation and adaptation of relevant sales materials & marketing tools
  • Prepare quotations and maintain account information in CRM system
  • Participate in trade shows and public events

You will report to our head of sales and business development, and be backed by a very dedicated management team. We are aligned and aiming for ambitious growth targets, which is why we have high expectations for ourselves, for our team and therefore also for you. 

We prefer for you to have these qualifications:

  • Commercial background with a strong flair for new technology or a technical background with strong business acumen
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales management experience with a proven track record
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in working in a start-up company
  • Outgoing personality and great people and networking skills
  • Thriving in an international environment with clients from most parts of the world
  • Entrepreneurial skills with openness to exploring new means to reach the market
  • Technical insight to explain about the technology behind to distribution partners and customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Other language skills at professional level will be a bonus. 

Other requirements:

  • Must have Danish work permit
  • Workplace is our office in central Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Approximately 20-30 annual travel days, mostly in Europe
  • Commercial or technical Bachelor or Master’s degree with great academic record
