We help customers in 38+ countries to run their construction projects better. To keep this growth going, we need to continue to make our product more useful to the construction industry. That’s where you come in.

As a Senior Developer in our Łódź office, you will quickly get involved in developing new features and fixing bugs, on any aspect of the product you’re passionate about. You can even extend your skills to server-side (RoR) and develop your skills as a full stack developer.

You’ll receive honest feedback and challenging work to help you grow and develop. We’ll encourage you to take on as much responsibility as you can handle, and within 3 months you will be given ownership of a core area of our web platform, and maybe have gotten involved with our iOS and Android clients too.

Requirements:

• Knowledge about different system architectures and frameworks, and have opinions about what works and what doesn’t.
• Experience in AngularJS, jQuery, CSS 3, Sass, Bootstrap, GIT, Grunt, REST, Karma, Jasmine. Familiarity with Ruby, Postgres will be an advantage.
• Concepts like consistency, availability and distributed queuing aren’t merely buzzwords for you.
• The ability to self-manage is critical, as is the capacity to share knowledge and support the team.
• Know how to make the appropriate trade-offs when designing a system, and that the “right choice” will often differ based on requirements, not on dogma.
• Experience writing object-oriented and functional code.
• Broad background in Computer Science fundamentals backed by years of experience in designing, developing, and debugging software.
• Good communication in English is vital.
