Rainmaking is launching a growth and market expansion program for Nordic scale ups together with a strong group of Nordic partners. As the lead partner of the program we are looking for a hands on senior program director who can drive the project together with our partners, starting ASAP.

About you

• You have +10 years of experience working with startups, growth companies and/or in the corporate world
• You are an experienced senior project lead with international experience
• You have managed complex international projects and programs before
• You have experience from running startup programs like accelerators, mentor programs etc
• You have startup experience as a founder
• You are extremely organized, action- and service-oriented, a self starter and have focus on execution and speed
• You've interacted with founders, with investors and with corporate executives 
• You have developed networking and communication skills - you are convincing via email, on the phone and face to face
