At Ocean, we’re developing a big data index covering all digitally registered companies worldwide. The technology we’re developing is market disruptive and will enable business professionals to access trustworthy real-time information on companies and the people associated with these companies anywhere in the world. Apart from up-to date company information, data will include aggregated feeds from social media and news feeds. We’re an innovative and well-funded company.

Who you are

You’re a senior UX designer with strong experience with Web/iOS/Android UI principles, patterns and best practices – we don’t care from where, but proven experience is an advantage. 

You have an obvious flair for conceptualizing great user experiences, crafting awesome user interfaces, and you understand that products are never finished. You have mastered a suite of tools that help you create fantastic designs with the help of rapid prototyping and user research/testing, and you have the ability to bring data to life in an agile working environment.

It’s important that you have a basic understanding of frontend and backend development as you’ll be collaborating with our developers in Kyiv.

• Lead the design and improvements in usability and interactivity throughout all of our products. 
• Convert conceptual ideas into features that work (really well).
• Build consistent and really smooth UX designs for an optimal cross-platform customer journey (smartphones, tablets, PCs and web).
• Define, develop, and communicate creative concepts for visual design across multiple teams. 
• A/B test to proof your design really works! The data driven approach is second nature to you.

However – and most importantly – you fit into our culture. We have Danish roots, but we speak English, so hopefully, you do both, but only English is a must. We’re growing fast, but we don’t forget to have fun and enjoy the ride.
