ABOUT THE JOB

You will overtake a CTO position which means we are looking for a driven, tech-savvy individual that can adapt to organizational changes, and can manage every aspect of the product development in a fast-growing company. You will be included directly in the planning and production of a range of hardware and software products within the 360 degree technology space, but also with day-to-day operations. The work will be very hands-on and you will be part of the team that is bringing fascinating products to the market.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• You have completed your studies in computer science at the graduate or post-graduate level, and you have a strong affiliation to hardware.
• Experience in computer vision and/or manufacturing and production processes are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical design and/or coding skills are a plus (Solidworks, Python, C#).
• Knowledge in cloud infrastructures or edge cloud-computing is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• You are responsible to drum up the beat of continuous product delivery (hardware & software),
• Leading all aspects of the company’s technological development, and establishing requirements  technology applications, services, systems and equipment.
• Negotiating and managing vendor contracts to cost, and ensuring technologies are efficient, profitable and secure.
• Evaluating, implementing, and actively monitoring new systems, processes and infrastructure, and responding to incidents that might affect operations or technical systems.
• Working collaboratively with the CEO on the development of new products as well as product enhancements and product redesign.
• Working with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations.
• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
