In Eupry our clients comes first. Our business is based on service agreements with medical companies, laboratories and pharmacies and we do all it takes to make our clients happy, thanks to a customer success and suport department who works hard every day. Actually, during our 4 years in service, it's only a handfull times we have said godbye to a customer. Be part of something unique by entering Eupry's customers success and support department.
We are looking for like minded persons that can join the Eupry team, be part of our social events, help in the customer success department and talk and chat with our clients. Then we will make sure to train you in the arts of great customer success management.
Tasks:
Answer product questions over Email
Answer the phone and talk with customers having issues.
Chat with customers with problems
Do proactive customer success management by calling existing customers and ask "how it's going"
Help servicing new customers by introducing to Euprys system, features and opportunities included in the package.
Experience:
You should know how to use a PC, to setup up a google chromecast or an apple tv or a wifi router (or something similar = technical) then you are able to support Eupry customers as well.
You should be able to speak and write danish and to speak and write english.
If you have been working as waiter, bartender or in the service industry in general it would be very cool. We want to give our customers more than just technical support, this is about making our customers satisfied every time.

Introduction to Eupry
Training in product assortment and services
Training in Euprys IT-systems
How to handle customer questions
How to avoid escalating situations
How to setup and install at new customers
How to demonstrate Eupry's solutions via a conference call
Get reviews and ratings from customers
By the end of your internship you will get a Eupry certificate and a recommedation for your hard work in the company. The right candidate will be offered a part time position by the end of the internship
